My issues are as follows: 1. The instructions are in black-and-white/grayscale. There are many parts to this thing and almost all of them have a different color, which leads to some confusion. 2. The instructions were loose-leaf and need to be stapled together in a booklet. There are over 60 steps and a lot of pages, so confusion and losing one's place is really easy. Seriously, I know the economy is crappy, but can't you splurge a little and invest in some staples? Your customers will love you for it. (Of course, it could be that mine was the only one ever produced without stapled directions. Who knows?) 3. Most of the parts are blow-molded plastic. Not a problem. However, it is a relatively thin plastic, given its purpose. I'm particularly concerned with how much give is in the steps... We are happy with this climber and it doesn't look too tacky in the backyard - colors are nice.I still think that it was overpriced ($550) and I don't think it is worth that much.
